Passed driving test certificate?

well, you dont need to have your physical licence to legally drive on the road (if you get stopped you have like 7 days or something to show it) and obvs as youve sent yours away thats a legitimate reason. a refresher course isnt an official thing which has rules, the company might have a policy of needing to see your licence, but they shouldnt need to by law. i would take your certificate in and explain the situation, theres no legal reason for them not to allow you to drive.
