What should I be working on with my 15 month olds right now?

You are certainly giving them all the exposure they need at this young, young age. I'm a Montessori teacher and concentrated learning does nothing for a child who is not cognitively or emotionally ready to absorb the information. You're doing plenty. Don't worry. Enjoy them as they are now; it won't last long.
