When should I plant these watermelons?

There are two packets of watermelon seeds that I have, and I need to know when to plant them. The kinds are "royal refresher hybrid" and "Bush Sugar Baby." I live in the piedmont region of Georgia......er...if someone needs to know more, then I will edit question, thanks!
